He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I had my DSG service completed by Matt Rausser (technician). I appreciated the video re-cap that Audi is now doing at the end of the service by the technician, as this is reassuring and just cool to see. I would highly recommend going to Audi of Danbury to get any service you need done. (Don’t forget the Danbury mall is very close for those who would like to hang out in the meantime, great location!) I appreciate Al making me aware of the Audi care package. My car was serviced in a timely fashion and I was updated with a video while the technician was in progress. One area to work on for this dealership is the complimentary car wash. They must dry the car if the wash it so there are no water spots. Not a big deal but just an area to work on. More
