Was told water Horse was broken no complimentary wash, but also they did not vacuum the car which has nothing to do with water horse being broken More

The car services are excellent. They need to iron out some issues on either a shuttle or other transportation options for longer visits. Audi promised loaner cars but no dealer I am More
