Service was efficient and completed in less than estimated time which was appreciated. It was quite disappointing to to see or hear no mention of Covid, most notably no masks were worn. Everywhere else I went in the Des Moines area masks were worn and one couldn’t enter the store without them. The contrast was so stark. Good grief More

Sadly this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with purchasing a vehicle. I cannot recommend this dealership. They do not follow up and do not follow through. It took over a month of calling, emailing, purchasing a vehicle. I cannot recommend this dealership. They do not follow up and do not follow through. It took over a month of calling, emailing, and texting to get a windshield replaced that they damaged. They never sent me back the plates on my old vehicle. This has to be one of the worst Audi dealerships in the Midwest. More

Brent was so easy to work with. I never felt pressured once. He was very knowledgeable when it came to explaining the different options in the sq7 I was looking at. Bryan had no mask ' nor did any of the other staff. There was no effort to maintain a safe distance. He also acted as if they were doing me a favor rotating my tires with "below minimum tread" standa There was no effort to maintain a safe distance. He also acted as if they were doing me a favor rotating my tires with "below minimum tread" standards. ( The reality was that there were 4/32 on the treads! His written estimate for doing the brakes and rotors was three times the cost of another auto service center with a better warranty! Won't be coming back. More
