Service needed on Audi A4 I was impressed they could get my car in quickly for an issue with the SOS Emergency call error. They had a loaner car ready and available for me as I was impressed they could get my car in quickly for an issue with the SOS Emergency call error. They had a loaner car ready and available for me as well. The repairs they did took only a day which was impressive as well. Mark does an excellent job communicating the status of the repairs and parts needed throughout the day. I also appreciate the videos that are taken of what they find wrong and what they are going to do to fix it. Its a higher level of customer service to be able to see the video of your vehicle and to see what the service technician is seeing, instead of just taking their word for it.
