Good reaction service We recently were due for service on our A6 that we purchased last year. The service went fine, but the same day (Friday late in the day) a service mal We recently were due for service on our A6 that we purchased last year. The service went fine, but the same day (Friday late in the day) a service malfunction light came on and wouldn’t turn off. We called Audi Des Moines the next morning and even though they didn’t have any loaners available they managed to make one work for us, they wouldn't be able to look at it till Monday. The service was completely timely on Monday and they stayed in contact with us as they progressed. They even provide you a cool video link of the service conducted and the undercarriage of the vehicle (which most of us never see!). Overall, very pleased with the service and ability to react on the fly to something unexpected. More

DETAILING OF THE CAR WAS AWFUL DETAILING OF THE CAR WAS TERRIBLE. GOT CAR HOME AND SPENT AN HOUR AND A HALF VACUUMING OUT ALL KINDS OF PET HAIR ON THE FLOORS AND INSIDE ROOF OF THE DETAILING OF THE CAR WAS TERRIBLE. Service advisor boarderline rude and even basically called me a liar stating I didn’t mentioned a primary problem I had been having despite That was 50% of why I wanted the cars alignment done.
