My problem wasn't resolved! Brakes make terrible noise on Q7 when backing up - was told Audi was aware - but wouldn't fix the problem even though my car is still under warranty. Wesley was very helpful in getting my tow kit ordered and installed into my Audi. He even came in on his off day to get the job started with the help of Bryan who followed the work to completion . It’s a money grab, and hurts the reputation of the dealership,. I know people who have traveled far distances to purchase new Audis due to the service department. I love the Audi product, but have been extremely disappointed by the service department. More
