I drove down from CT to pick up car and had forwarded all of the requested paperwork ahead of time. When I got there Karl was ready and it took only a few minutes to agree on a price for a trade-in and then of the requested paperwork ahead of time. When I got there Karl was ready and it took only a few minutes to agree on a price for a trade-in and then it was off to finance to complete the purchase. That only took 10-15 mins and then it was on to my new car. The only problem we had was minor, connecting my phone to the new car. After 5 mins or so in service the Service Mgr was able to do it and off I went. All in all a very easy quick experience . I have nothing but compliments for the dealership and the salesman Karl Vonder Schamalz. More
