High Service Pricing - Short-Term Gain - Long-Term Loss Staff is always professional. But there is an unwillingness to work with customers on service repair pricing that is 'off-putting'. $XX.00 evaluatio Staff is always professional. But there is an unwillingness to work with customers on service repair pricing that is 'off-putting'. $XX.00 evaluation fee even if you get the work done at the dealership? $260.00 for a new headlight? $160.00 for two broken visor clips? Pricing and policies do not have the customer in mind. As my car ages more trips to the service center are required. And this short-term profit the Service center enjoys will unfortunately come at the expense of purchasing a new Audi from this Dealership in the future. In addition after a recent repair as I was driving off of the lot I noticed another issue that wasn't present when I dropped it off. When I called about the concern the Dealer stated I would need to pay another evaluation fee to have it looked at. Hence the low Quality Ratings listed below. More

New Audi Q8 Purchase I recently purchased Audi Q8 from Audi Devon. My initial experience was not that great as due to lack of proper communication from my sales executive I recently purchased Audi Q8 from Audi Devon. My initial experience was not that great as due to lack of proper communication from my sales executive someone else put a deposit just 10 minutes before me and I had to wait 2 weeks to get the car I wanted. They were then very proactive and got the car that I wanted from another dealership. They were then very attentive and explained all the major features well. They even followed up a couple of times after we picked up the car. Overall, a good experience but not excellent. More
I could not imagine getting better service than what I got. My most recent service encounter to address an A4 timing chain issue in early January, 2020 lasted about a week. One would think that this experience My most recent service encounter to address an A4 timing chain issue in early January, 2020 lasted about a week. One would think that this experience would have been a nightmare. On the contrary - thanks to the steadfast and highly proficient efforts of Bill Finn, this experience was as pain-free as possible. Bill located my vehicle warranty and worked with the 3rd party warranty provider to drive the resolution of the timing chain and related issues of my wife's car. Bill's efforts saved us $4000 in charges!!! Bill kept me updated as the issues unfolded and made sure that I understood the issues and that I was satisfied with what was going on. He made sure we were satisfied with the use of a loaner vehicle. Your dealership is fortunate to have a professional of the caliber of Bill Finn. More
