Visit to address issue after scheduled service within a couple of days of my 45,000m mile service being completed, my "low oil" alarm came on twice in two days. both times I had to get off the hig within a couple of days of my 45,000m mile service being completed, my "low oil" alarm came on twice in two days. both times I had to get off the highway to find oil. Prior to the 45k service, I had never experienced this issue. When I took the car into the dealer to have the issue checked, I was told the car had not been low in oil, it was an issue with the oil level sensor. When I asked if the sensor was replaced, I was told per Audi "rules" the sensor could not be replaced until the second time I experienced the issue and had to bring the car back into the dealer. I explained it had happened twice in two days, but the service rep indicated it was only one service visit follow-up, if it happened again I would have to bring it back in then they would replace it. Not at all pleased with this "one size fits all" textbook approach and I am not convinced the issue occurring for the first time only a couple days after my 45k service was a coincidence. More

First service at Audi Devon Came in for 35,000 service for my Q3. Easy online scheduling and convenient times available. Super-clean service area.
