35K mile service Everything went like clockwork. I bought this car (2016 A4) used from Audi Wyoming Valley in May; however, I live 15 miles from Audi Devon, so that i Everything went like clockwork. I bought this car (2016 A4) used from Audi Wyoming Valley in May; however, I live 15 miles from Audi Devon, so that is where I went for service. I previously had my 2014 A4 serviced at Audi Devon as well. I can honestly say that all my service experiences since 2014 have been great. Bill has been my service rep for that whole period of time. He does a great job. I recently decided to wait for the car while it was being serviced. Bill gave me an ETA and the car was ready +/- 10 minutes of that ETA. Everything was covered by the warranty or by the Audi service agreement I purchased when I got the car. Bill even offered to intercede on my behalf with Audi Wyoming Valley with a minor issue that (in my opinion) is Audi Wyoming Valley's responsibility to remedy. I might take him up on that as the issue still exists. More

Just okay Been using this dealership to service my car since 2014 (when still located in Newtown Square). Received exemplary service from that time through the Been using this dealership to service my car since 2014 (when still located in Newtown Square). Received exemplary service from that time through the end of last year. Even bought this new car there in 2016. Past few visits in 2019 have seemed subpar. Used to receive quality and helpful information from service advisors, including discussions about future repairs that the car would need and the estimated price for those repairs. Also used to receive very helpful and detailed information about what was currently wrong with the car, and the steps the mechanics took/will need to take to fix it. Service also used to be very timely and punctual. Past couple of times, it has felt like pulling teeth to get any information about the car. Last time was slightly better but still left a lot to be desired. Service time has also lagged, and I feel like I need to be more aggressive in getting the car back. When I call to schedule an appointment, I need to leave a message and someone gets back to me a couple days later. I feel as though if I chose another dealership, I would not be missed. More

$288 Breakfast! Heading to breakfast and got a flat a few miles away from Devon Audi. They took me in quickly and even provided a loaner car so I could continue on to Heading to breakfast and got a flat a few miles away from Devon Audi. They took me in quickly and even provided a loaner car so I could continue on to my breakfast date. I have to drive through a construction zone to get to work, and sadly this is the second tire I have had to purchase in two months! Kristian was helpful, pleasant, and funny. He got us through quickly. Breakfast was delicious. Audi was great. If only we could have eaten the new tire! Great job Audi Devon. Thanks again. Robert More
Purchased a car remote We attempted to buy a car remotely and pick it up a month later with an out of state registration. While we love the Q7, the admin side of this was a disaster which we are still dealing with. The contract had to be redone, the insurance requested had to be redone, the registration was done in error and then our plate was mailed to the wrong address. My conclusion -- sales people nor the dealership care about the whole customer experience, just the sale. More
