This was actually a real surprise because after hearing all the horror stories from friends about the West Chester Audi dealership, I had crossed Audi off my list of car options. On a whim I decided to look at reviews of the Devon dealership on line and found their ratings to be much better than West Chester. Since I was close by when I stopped by the Tesla dealership, I went into Audi Devon. Very glad I did! More

Complete consumer oriented experience Car was serviced one week prior to a planned car trip to Michigan. After a few days, engine light came back on and Bill in service was able to work o Car was serviced one week prior to a planned car trip to Michigan. After a few days, engine light came back on and Bill in service was able to work our car in for additional service and provide a loaner car. Car returned and everything was fine. Day of our departure for our trip to Michigan, we packed the car and again the engine light came back on. Called Bill and took car for service. He provided another loaner car for us and we transferred luggage and left for Michigan. They determined the problem and only one sensor had been fixed when actually both sensors had to be replaced. They fixed it for free as it should have been caught at earlier service. Bill totally understood our situation and accommodated our needs in a very appropriate manner and I continue to be very, very please with Bill and AUDI service. More
