I drove to Boulder from Denver to come to Audi knowing they always give great service at my Audi in St. Paul, Mn. I always have Audi service my A4 Quattro. I came on a Saturday and got there with little time before they were closing. I didn't realize this headlight was going to be such a big deal to replace. The service consultant Eli Buchanan was so kind and helpful right from the start. He knew I was not from the area and wasn't sure how to get this fixed soon so I could drive at night. I was only going to be in Colorado for a couple days. He decided to make it work and help me right then and there. He was able to somehow get his hand in the headlight area and replaced it for me. I was so thrilled that it was fixed right then but also that someone would put themselves out for me to resolve my problem. This man was awesome! He was so professional and willing to help and all with only minutes before they closed. I knew my own Audi in Mn was great but Eli and Boulder Audi were my heros. I hope Boulder Audi appreciates Eli Buchanan and gives this guy a bonus. They don't want to lose this employee. He was terrific and the experience memorable. I can't thank him enough. More

Just a short trip from DFW I've driven Audi cars for years, starting in 1997 with an A6 wagon, followed by a 2001 A4, a 2004 TT, a 2004 Allroad, and a 2012 A3. Recently, I went looking for a replacement to the A3 and found it a mere 825 miles from home! Jim Page made the whole transaction as easy as if I had driven from down the block. After a quick morning flight to Denver from DFW, Jim sent a driver to the airport to whisk us back to Audi Boulder. I drove the car, filled out the financial papers, and drove off the lot in time for lunch in Boulder! What a wonderful experience...no hassles, no sweaty-palmed salesmen...just a straight-forward, honest good deal for the car I wanted. Thank you! The follow-up calls, and assurances that I know my vehicle and am happy with it, are much appreciated. What a nice hometown experience from the dealership AND Jim.
