Samantha is great, she's been my service rep since purchasing the car and is very through and a pleasure to work with. I'm very disappointed with Audi North America given that I've had a Bluetooth con purchasing the car and is very through and a pleasure to work with. I'm very disappointed with Audi North America given that I've had a Bluetooth connection problem since purchasing the vehicle 18 months ago. Audi was aware of this problem but never repaired my car until it had further problems.A simple chat gpt inquiry revealed that Audi had known about the problems since 2023. I’ll never purchase another Audi again, in fact I’m trading it in for a BMW X5!! More
