The entire purchase experience has been disappointing and stress full. The car was to be picked by our carrier on friday September 11 and come to find out that we have to reschedule our carrier to no earlie stress full. At this point we also had to find a new carrier. All due to the car being damaged on your lot and needing repair. When was that going to be revealed to us? Car finally was ready for pickup and delivered to me in michigan today, September 22. However, I do not have the title in order to transfer title and get plates. Every step has been stressful. We spent quite a bit of time working through the numbers, and he genuinely went above and beyond to get the deal to a place I was comfortable with. There was never any unnecessary pressure or games, and communication throughout the process was excellent. I ultimately decided not to purchase the RS3 after the test drive and taking some time afterward to think about whether the car was the right fit for me. That decision had absolutely nothing to do with Tim, the deal, or the dealership—in fact, they did everything they could to earn my business. What really stood out was that Tim was even willing to come in on his day off to help me finish the purchase. I ended up changing my mind that evening, and I felt terrible knowing how much time and effort he had already put into working with me. Even though I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle, I still wanted to take the time to leave this review because great customer service deserves to be recognized regardless of whether a sale ultimately happens. Anna was able to get me in for service when it worked for my schedule. Then when I thought I’d have to leave my car the entire day, she was able to get my work done in a little over an hours wait!
