This is by far the worst service experience I have ever had at any dealership, and completely unacceptable for a so-called premium brand like Audi. My vehicle sat at Audi of Fort Lauderdale for an exten had at any dealership, and completely unacceptable for a so-called premium brand like Audi. My vehicle sat at Audi of Fort Lauderdale for an extended period of time without being worked on, untouched and idle, while I was repeatedly given vague excuses or no updates at all. Weeks passed with little to no progress, no transparency, and absolutely no urgency. The service advisor, Anna, was extremely unprofessional, consistently displayed an attitude, and was very unhelpful throughout the entire process. Communication was dismissive, uninformative, and far below basic customer-service standards. The service manager failed entirely in oversight and accountability. At no point did management step in to correct the breakdown in diagnostics, communication, or customer handling. After keeping my car for an unreasonable amount of time, the dealership returned it to me with a new issue that did not exist prior to service—an issue that was clearly caused while the vehicle was in their custody. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to take responsibility or correct the problem they created. No ownership. No explanation. No resolution. Because of this negligence, I was forced to take my vehicle to Audi of Pembroke Pines, where the issue was diagnosed and resolved within two days—no excuses, no attitude, no questions—exactly how it should have been handled from the start. Let this be very clear: • Audi of Fort Lauderdale wasted weeks with no results • Returned my car with a problem they caused • Refused to fix their own mistake • Another Audi dealership solved it in two days As a result of this experience, I will never, ever recommend anyone to purchase or service a vehicle at Audi of Fort Lauderdale or Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale, which is where I originally purchased my car. They have permanently lost my business. This was not a vehicle issue—it was a service department failure, from the advisor to management. If you value your time, your money, or basic professionalism, do not do business here. More

I would have liked to have had more conversation after the service was completed but Samantha was away from her desk. The representative who completed the transaction and charge was nice also. I purchased a service package so maybe I don’t know how much I would have owed without that. That could be made more easy to understand, I know service is expensive but I was promised savings yet I had to pay for tire rotation even though I bought the wheel and tire protection as well so that was disappointing. Otherwise my first experience at your dealership was positive! More
