This was one of the best experiences we have had at Audi. It appears as if you changed the service department for the better. David was great, he was responsive and kept in touch. I do not understand why when one picks up their car it then takes approximately 1/2 hr to receive it. Maybe have a better system. I personally think the car can be washed when the client says they are coming in. This does annoy us! More
