David takes my calls or get right back to me. I needed to come in for a recall service. He said how can he accommodate. I told him when I could come in & ask for a ride to Galleria for the waitin I needed to come in for a recall service. He said how can he accommodate. I told him when I could come in & ask for a ride to Galleria for the waiting time. He called the car for me when it was done. He is sincere, very accommodating & will stay after hours to assit you when everyone else is gone. He goes the extra mile to make you happy. I'm very happy with David's service. May I suggest to Audi to try Uber vs Lift. Uber drivers are more professional & have nicer cars. When I called Audi a female answered I asked for David in service. She actually asked me what for. I said seriously..... service of course please transfer me. Unreal. Audi doesn't need a middle party to get me to service. I'm just saying.... I'm enjoying my audi ... thank you David More
