WORST DEALERSHIP SERVICE !!! They schedule you an appointment and your car sits around for days till they “get around” to it. Car was in for 2 weeks and was only looked at for 5 hrs. 2 weeks later, appointment and your car sits around for days till they “get around” to it. Car was in for 2 weeks and was only looked at for 5 hrs. 2 weeks later, they still couldn't figure out what the issue was. After getting my car back by personally requesting it back, car was given back to me damaged. They said it wasn't their problem and not their responsibility!!! Really people... you damaged my car and yet wouldn't fix the damage. These people put ZERO EFFORT into their jobs and could care less about your car. Highly recommend you go elsewhere. After multiple conversations dealing with the issue one of the managers say... “i cant help, its above my pay grade.” $2k in damages later from a dealer on an R8. After reviewing their video footage it is clear as day that when the car was dropped off for service it was mint and undamaged. They still say they are not taking responsibility for their damages. Highly advised to go elsewhere. They don't care about you nor your investments. More
