The service rep was great but I am so tired of Audi trying to rip me off on services that I don’t need. 5k of recommended repairs on a 2023 a6 prestige with 20k miles that I pre paid the maintenance fo trying to rip me off on services that I don’t need. 5k of recommended repairs on a 2023 a6 prestige with 20k miles that I pre paid the maintenance for! It’s a joke. I no longer trust Audi and will be switching to Mercedes when my lease is up. FYI. We’ve had 7 Audi leases over the past 20 years in our family. More
