I got a great price the first time for the exact vehicle that we wanted - no pressure from sales or financing. No complaints... nothing but praise. It was well worth the drive down from central Florida to Fort Lauderdale. More

I've read a number of reviews regarding Audi Fort Lauderdale. Frankly, I find it hard to believe how anyone that ever owned a "premium" vehicle (BMW, Mercedes, Land Rover, Acura, etc.) would even Lauderdale. Frankly, I find it hard to believe how anyone that ever owned a "premium" vehicle (BMW, Mercedes, Land Rover, Acura, etc.) would even compare the "Audi Experience" to other premium automobile dealerships. The Audi vehicle, aside from over-indexing on redundant instrumentation without touch screen functionality (seriously, I had a 2007 Acura with touch screen technology) and safety features that were surely designed by the U.S. Government... the Audi is actually a very good, quality automobile. That said, I wouldn't buy a lawn mower from Audi Fort Lauderdale for the following reasons: 1. Zero Quality Control Every BMW, Range Rover, Mercedes, etc. dealer allows customers to rate their service. Not this dealer... and they are awful at maintaining a quality ownership experience. 2. Service Experience Instead of providing a "loaner" for your service experience, they offer to arrange transportation for you... but you're charged for it. 3. Wait Time You make an appointment... but even the most minor oil change is going to take two hours, so don't plan to wait. Here's my last service experience: 1. Set an online appointment for 10:00 am - provided my service request (75,000 service, turn-off tire sensor, and wheel alignment). 2. Explained I needed my car no later than 3:00 p.m. 3. Called dealer at 3:15, spoke to service dispatcher - she somehow located the service advisor, and arranged for my vehicle to be returned to me. 4. Upon getting to the dealer to pick up my car after 5 1/2 hours, the service advisor indicated no wheel alignment, no call from the service advisor, no wash of my vehicle, charged for my transportation. Summary This dealer sells cars - period. Aside from that, you're at the whim of a very lackluster ownership experience. If you didn't have a warranty, you would be absolutely "stupid" to allow this dealer to service your automobile. Audi is a good manufacturer. But based on my experience with this dealer, I'll never own another Audi. I truly believe that Audi (the "manufacturer" likely has some protocols for dealers), but this place should be de-flagged and start selling used cars with "Buy Here - Pay Here" philosophy. I'm going back to a true luxury vehicle where the "ownership experience" is rewarded with good service, professionalism and not some amateurish attempt at being a "wannabe" premium automobile dealership.
