Roberto was incredibly helpful from the very first moment we spoke on the phone to the time I drove off with my new car. He helped answer all my questions, assisted with meeting my needs and got me a deal th we spoke on the phone to the time I drove off with my new car. He helped answer all my questions, assisted with meeting my needs and got me a deal that I was comfortable with. We spoke for about a week on the phone before i came in person, as i needed some time prepare to make a purchase. He was able to answer all my questions by phone, by the time i came in person I was more than ready to walk out with a new car, as I had a full clear picture of the deal and sales process. I was in a out with a new car in about 2 hours, which I thought it was great. The extra perk was the finance rep getting me a better rate thru driveway finance than what i was already approved for with a credit union. Overall a very smooth and stress free experience and I appreciate the transparency of the reps when talking numbers. More
