This particular visit was not the outcome we had hoped. The car was in for a software update the day prior to our one month road trip. The original issue was a faulty, charging port alert. The car was delivered to us the day after our return, “all resolved. “ now two weeks later we are receiving the same error message. We contacted the GM service manager who gave us the initial bad news, he is now no longer with Audi. Looks like the process will start over again in the coming week when we speak with the new manager. More

New management and new customer service has made me rethink. I had been here before and not up to standards however, this last visit, much much better.
