My only concern about the experience was my booking. I went online to schedule the appt which was great. When I showed up at my noon appt I was informed it was lunchtime and I’d have to wait an hour for I went online to schedule the appt which was great. Service Advisor was sorta judgmental, not sure if he was having a bad day or something but automatically assumed I come in only for oil changes. He didn’t even bother to explain the maintenance that I need. having a bad day or something but automatically assumed I come in only for oil changes. He didn’t even bother to explain the maintenance that I need. For a luxury dealership I am shocked. This is the 2nd time two different SA’s and neither explained if I need other maintenance. He then said he doesn’t have history on my car. The car was a 1 owner all maintained at a Audi dealer, the history should be there. I never experienced this at Audi of Westmont, they take the time to say what other maintenance is needed or recommended. I don’t think I’ll be coming back even tho this location is the closest to my house. Also last thing, be like BMW they print out a packet of info of what the tech went through the checklist and what maintenance I’ll need. It’s disappointing for a luxury car dealer to not give any info. More
