The history of Audi Hoffman Estates started off as Schaumburg Audi in 1990. When our current president and owner, who had worked for Audi of America for over a decade, purchased the rights for the Audi franchise from O’hare Porsche-Audi and opened the first exclusive (stand alone) Audi dealership in the United States (at the time 320 W Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL). The original Schaumburg Audi building lasted from 1990-2001 when in the same location a new “hangar style” design building was completed to comply with the latest Audi regulations. Our newest facility opened on July 1, 2013 as Audi Hoffman Estates at 1200 W. Golf Road, Hoffman Estates IL.

The vehicle was brought in for service, and the visit had nothing to do with the person listed and given just one star. Eddie Duranovic is in sales and had nothing to do with the service visit. In regards to your service visit at our dealership, your vehicle is out of the warranty period, so you were informed of the diagnostic charge and what was found while diagnosing your vehicle. You chose not to have the problem fixed after we informed you what was found. We respect your decision and wish you well in getting it fixed elsewhere.

Been to your service department four times in two years, had to bring my car back because you didn't do all the work on one occasion.took over a month for a loner and pay 200 dollars for work I told them about . Bad service from a bad company
