The history of Audi Hoffman Estates started off as Schaumburg Audi in 1990. When our current president and owner, who had worked for Audi of America for over a decade, purchased the rights for the Audi franchise from O’hare Porsche-Audi and opened the first exclusive (stand alone) Audi dealership in the United States (at the time 320 W Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL).
The original Schaumburg Audi building lasted from 1990-2001 when in the same location a new “hangar style” design building was completed to comply with the latest Audi regulations. Our newest facility opened on July 1, 2013 as Audi Hoffman Estates at 1200 W. Golf Road, Hoffman Estates IL.

I had a good experience here buying my 2016 S5. The car was in great shape, no issues to complain about, and nothing that needed to get fixed prior to me buying. The dealer does not have a required alternator, which unbelievably needs replacing even though I have less than 15,000 on the car. The dealer tells me that it will be at least two to three months before unbelievably needs replacing even though I have less than 15,000 on the car. The dealer tells me that it will be at least two to three months before they have an alternator in stock. Plus, they have no loaner. Plus, they tell me that the fact that I’m still being charged $1,100 on my lease is not their problem and that I have to contact VW Finance. More

The Service department staff are friendly and courteous.
