The history of Audi Hoffman Estates started off as Schaumburg Audi in 1990. When our current president and owner, who had worked for Audi of America for over a decade, purchased the rights for the Audi franchise from O’hare Porsche-Audi and opened the first exclusive (stand alone) Audi dealership in the United States (at the time 320 W Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL).
The original Schaumburg Audi building lasted from 1990-2001 when in the same location a new “hangar style” design building was completed to comply with the latest Audi regulations. Our newest facility opened on July 1, 2013 as Audi Hoffman Estates at 1200 W. Golf Road, Hoffman Estates IL.

Michaela was warm, friendly, enthusiatic, good listener and knowledgeable. Additionally I had a logistics problem as I was leaving town for several days she told me "No problem leave the vehicle and we will call you with the work that needs to be done. Then just call us when you get back to pick up your A7. I was 110% satisfied with the performance of Michaela and your entire service team! When I dropped off my car for scheduled repair I was told it will take several days. It took almost 2 months, 2 different service technician and several mechanics. However, I was provided with superior loan it will take several days. It took almost 2 months, 2 different service technician and several mechanics. However, I was provided with superior loan vehicle and when needed upgraded to largest vehicle available. To me that is more important than how long it took to fix the issue. Happy with the service and will be definitely coming back. More
