The history of Audi Hoffman Estates started off as Schaumburg Audi in 1990. When our current president and owner, who had worked for Audi of America for over a decade, purchased the rights for the Audi franchise from O’hare Porsche-Audi and opened the first exclusive (stand alone) Audi dealership in the United States (at the time 320 W Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL). The original Schaumburg Audi building lasted from 1990-2001 when in the same location a new “hangar style” design building was completed to comply with the latest Audi regulations. Our newest facility opened on July 1, 2013 as Audi Hoffman Estates at 1200 W. Golf Road, Hoffman Estates IL.

Hi Mr. Werrbach, I apologize for any inconvenience you may have suffered due to the fact that we were extremely busy on Friday when you came in at lunch time without an appointment for your oil change. As I'm sure you remember, Mike apologized at that time as well and figured out a way to squeeze you into our already full schedule on Saturday to make sure you did not have to wait an unusual amount of time waiting for your vehicle on Friday. We do not believe in the quick lube format of having an inexperienced young kid working on a client's very expensive and complicated vehicle. We do however believe that our client's vehicles deserve the best attention possible which is why we only have Audi factory certified technicians perform the maintenance on the vehicles.
