Great service. Loaner was an issue and scheduling is clunky. Was able to schedule online within a week and on the phone they would give me 4-6 weeks out. I have had an ongoing problem with my car since before the warranty expired. It has now cost me almost $6000 in repairs. I brought the car back in mid July because once again the serpentine belt fell off. the warranty expired. It has now cost me almost $6000 in repairs. I brought the car back in mid July because once again the serpentine belt fell off. Of course this time it was all different reasons. I got my car back On August 20. And August 21 it was towed back in to the shop because the belt fell off once again. I just got my car back again on September 8. All along I have been complaining that I am losing coolant. Big white clouds of smoke behind my car out of nowhere. Front end of the car always smelling like coolant. Although I just got my car back yesterday the front end smells horribly of coolant. Hoping to God it’s not wrecking yet another serpentine belt and anything else that is being destroyed by the toxic coolant. The gentleman that checks in my car is always very pleasant and professional. That is where I say it would end. Andy the manager would not even look me in the face when I asked some questions this last time before I took my car. This does not look very good for your service department. More

The dealer is the closest to me, so I have little choice. The first time I took my vehicle in they reset a glow plug light and test drive it and fault didn’t reoccur. I was a little disappointed since I had the vehicle towed in per owner manual recommendation. The second time I had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for an appointment for a drivability issue that happens nearly every time we drive it. Service department drove the car and couldn’t duplicate the issue, which I found hard to believe.(it is still having this issue) they told me that it didn’t set a code, which I told them in advance of my visit, so there’s nothing they could do. If it had set a code, my certified mechanic could have fixed it. I took it to the dealership for their expertise and experience so that they might have a general idea of what the problem might be. I guess I have to wait until it sets a code and hope that it doesn’t leave me stranded. More
