The history of Audi Hoffman Estates started off as Schaumburg Audi in 1990. When our current president and owner, who had worked for Audi of America for over a decade, purchased the rights for the Audi franchise from O’hare Porsche-Audi and opened the first exclusive (stand alone) Audi dealership in the United States (at the time 320 W Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL).
The original Schaumburg Audi building lasted from 1990-2001 when in the same location a new “hangar style” design building was completed to comply with the latest Audi regulations. Our newest facility opened on July 1, 2013 as Audi Hoffman Estates at 1200 W. Golf Road, Hoffman Estates IL.

The dealership was easy to work with and Rick told me what was up every step of the way. That was helpful as was the courtesy vehicle. I very much like the videos you send us from the service technician. Dennis did a very good job explaining what was up with the car. My only area of disappointment is that we've owned this car since the 2011 and have exclusively brought it to Audio Hoffman Estates for service. We were never notified of the class action suit or any recall which would have covered our $5,000 estimated repair. Now we're past settlement date so we would have to pay for it. That is a disappointment from years past covering the issue we brought the car in for this time. Our service this time was excellent. More

Brought our Q5 in to have warranty work done. But our engine had already been ruined because Audi ordered Audi Hoffman Estates to disconnect part of our cooling system a few years back...and didn't tell engine had already been ruined because Audi ordered Audi Hoffman Estates to disconnect part of our cooling system a few years back...and didn't tell us they were doing it. This destroyed our entire engine. Audi refused to fix what they broke. And now that they actually have a warranty fix for the coolant system...Audi Hoffman estates also refused to do that warranty work. Don't trust Audi Hoffman Estates for anything. They are just flat out liars. More
