I was very pleased with my experience at the Audi Hoffman Estates dealership. From the initial greeting to the explanation of how my recall appointment would be handled to being ushered to a very comfortable Estates dealership. These folks replaced the brakes on my car and didn’t assemble them properly. My brakes failed WHILE I was driving. A part fell off and my brake line was severed. I could have been killed.
