My service rep, Rick, was very helpful, especially since the dealer that I originally purchased from (not Hoffman Estates) didn't properly file my warranty paperwork properly. He helped me get the issues resolved and got me back on the road ASAP, which was very much appreciated. The repair seems to have resolved my issue completely so far, and my car was left immaculate.
