Service on my A3 diesel My car was returned in a day after getting it back. The problem came back. Mike Colles was friendly and apologized that the problem came back in suc My car was returned in a day after getting it back. The problem came back. Mike Colles was friendly and apologized that the problem came back in such a short time. Got a nice loner car right away the second time as well. The waiting time was not long. I used the loaner for almost a month since the parts were on backorder. Periodically as things were moving forward I was always informed by Mike. Service manager made exception about taking the car out of state for the weekend. It was much appreciated. I got the car back and the problem hasn’t came back yet. Since the car has the extended warranty all repairs performed were charge free. I got a complimentary wash and interior vacuuming. Thank you!!!
