I was pleased with the large inventory of vehicles that met my list of wants. As I live 2 hours from the dealership, an efficient transaction was important and I got just that. Eddie in Finance made the dreaded paperwork phase quick and painless. Forgot to put winter mat back in car I went in for an oil change and asked that they not wash the car. I did ask they if he could vacuum the rear passenger side winter floor mat. I am not sure why it was taken out of the car but it was and did not get put back in. I called Ted who left me a VM that they did have it. When I called back at about 10:30 and left Ted a message to see if it could be dropped off at my office (3 miles away) but I never got a call back and it was never dropped off. Looks like they expect me to go all the way back to waste my time with their mistake. More
