Great dealership Audi Hoffman is a great dealership from service to sales and that which may fall in between. Audi always treats me so well, l and even though I was squeezed in they managed to find me a loaner car, what a nice car it was, when it comes time to upgrade I know what I am going to get 😀 I wish I could remember his name because he was an exceptional employee. Horrible service I scheduled an appointment for a minor repair most of which was under warranty. I received no update calls and had to call them twice to find out what I scheduled an appointment for a minor repair most of which was under warranty. I received no update calls and had to call them twice to find out what was going on. They said they didn’t have a loaner until October. I called again a few days later and they said it would be a couple more days and the AC needed recharged. This was 6 days after I dropped it off. Now they miraculously have a loaner. The only discussion was price on AC at $360 fix. 8 days later at 5pm they finally call say it’s done. When I pick up the car the bill was $608. Apparently they wanted to charge me $178 for an oil change they did. Never was there a discussion about price for oil or any other repair. Horrible service no customer skills lack of communication. I will never go back. More

Not only was our sales representative, Sabina Numanovic, very helpful in demonstrating and explaining the features of the Audi Q5 Quattro, random employees passing by us also assisted us as well. Any questions regarding the vehicle were answered or the knowledgeable person was resourced to get the answer right away. Ted McConnell also assisted in answering specific car feature questions. We had already visited 7 other manufacturers. We had planned on visiting more manufacturer dealerships that morning. We came in to check out Audi vehicles first, stayed about on hour and decided on the spot to purchase our new 2019 Q5 Quattro that was on the lot. We loved the vehicle and the dealership as a whole. We saw no need to check out other manufacturers or another Audi dealership. Sabina helped us learn how to navigate through a lot of the wonderful features in this vehicle as well as helping us set up the online and Audi app assistance we will be using in the future. She made herself readily available and worked around our scheduling needs. I would recommend her to others. Great experience. Love the Q5 Quattro. More

He's only a text away and God Bless him, he messages me back within minutes every time! I brought my Q5 in for the 36K mile service last Thursday, 9/19. A tragic accident happened at my company that day and I was racing and scattered all over the place for the duration of the afternoon. I tried my best to explain the dilemma to Rick via phone, struggling with my words, having multiple calls coming in at the same time - I didn't know if I would make it back to the dealership to pick up the car and had only a 25 minute window. He had a car and driver pick me up not even 10 minutes later and my car was on and ready for me in the service garage when we pulled up. Rick met me as I hopped out and said I was good to go and not to worry about anything. I cannot tell you enough how amazing this man is. I hope you treat him right because to say he is an asset to your dealership is an understatement. Rick is why customers trust Audi and I have been so fortunate to have him as my Service Guru. More
