Great Customer Service I had a flat tire on my Audi A4 S line, and did not know if the Audi dealership repair tires, I called up Rick and he stated that they did not. He re I had a flat tire on my Audi A4 S line, and did not know if the Audi dealership repair tires, I called up Rick and he stated that they did not. He referred me too a local place that repair tires if I did not want to purchase a brand new one. I went to Discount Tires, and was not comfortable with them working on my Audi, and decided to stop the process and call Rick back at the dealership; He welcomed me with open arms, took care of the problem with no regrets.
