Demon took over my radio My 7 month old Q7's radio went insane earlier this week. I called the service department in HE and they said to bring it right in so they could diagn My 7 month old Q7's radio went insane earlier this week. I called the service department in HE and they said to bring it right in so they could diagnose it. It ended up to be a blown amplifier which caused the ear-shattering volume that wouldn't mute. While waiting for the staff to diagnose the problem, I spoke with my wonderful salesman, Jacek Rudzinski, and told him I found the Q7 to be way too large for me to feel comfortable in. He took me for a test drive in a Q5 and I felt much more at ease with the size. Bottom line...I ended up trading my 7 for a 5 that day and have been happy ever since. Thank you Audi HE! You all are great! More

Refused to give me a lease quote via email i Recd email quotes for a lease from all other Audi dealers in the area. This dealership refused to give me a quote. I will take my business to the other dealerships that took the time to give me an email quote and want to earn my business. Lots of bad reviews on google and I can now see why. Turning a customer away is not the best business practice. I will file a complaint with Audi USA.
