Purchase of Audi Q7 recap I visited the dealership to test drive an Audi Q7. I was greeted the moment that I walked in by a very knowledgeable young salesperson. Her name is Va I visited the dealership to test drive an Audi Q7. I was greeted the moment that I walked in by a very knowledgeable young salesperson. Her name is Valentina Maciunas. Valentina joined me on a test drive and introduced me to all the benefits of driving a Q7. I loved the car, but wanted to drive several more competitors vehicles. I also told Valentina that I was interested in buying a certified used vehicle. Valentina listened to what I wanted and told me that she will follow up when she found the perfect car for me. The next Saturday she texted a photo of the vehicle I purchased! I travel extensively for my job and only have Saturdays to look for a car, and Valentina listened, followed up and delivered on what she promised. She is an excellent representative for Audi. As someone who is in sales and knows the importance of customer service, my wife and I were blown away how amazing Valentina and the entire Audi HE team were to deal with. From completely unnecessary things like letting our kids pick out little gifts to how quickly (but never feeling rushed) the paperwork process was with Eddie Cuevas, the entire team was truly top notch.
