The work was done on time and everything was done to Audi spec and they always bring the car out washed and looking sharp ! I especially like the fact that Joe was able to secure an "S6" as my courtesy car for the day....nice touch ! I live in Wheaton and there are other dealers that are closer but I always go back to Hoffman Estates for all of my scheduled maintenance/service because they have such a tremendous approach to making the customer happy ! Pre-owned Certified Audi Q5 Valentina and Mitch were very professional and courteous. They were exceedingly fair in working to reach an agreeable price on our trade-in and the Q5 we purchased. They accommodated our difficult schedule and even tossed in a roof rack with our purchase! The Audi facility in Hoffman Estates is first class, as is the selection of new and pre-owned vehicles on the premises. A few weeks after we purchased the car, we happened to be in the neighborhood and got a wash and wax in just 20 minutes. Despite living in Chicago, I plan to return to Hoffman Estates Audi in the future for service, washes, and, possibly in the very near future, another car purchase from Valentina. More

Always great service. Audi Hoffman goes above and beyond when I bring my car in for regular service. I am able to get a loaner car, service is done correctly and promptly and he texts me when it's ready which I prefer over calls. Anthony McGrath , in service, always makes sure the car is ready to go and I always ask for him. The Audi is a bit more expensive to drive, but with the service given, it is worth it. I never have any issues ever. More
