The customer service was excellent! Mikaela Vall took care of me right when I arrived and made sure I had all the information to make the right choice for my vehicle repairs. Once it wa Mikaela Vall took care of me right when I arrived and made sure I had all the information to make the right choice for my vehicle repairs. Once it was identified I need 4 new tires she got me a loaner so me and my 4 month old daughter didn’t have to wait around all day. When picked up my vehicle the spare tire equipment was not put back in place. I noticed it when I went to install 2 car seats (while carrying my 4 month old) I had to stop, removed the trunk lid and put the spare tire pump back together. Likely the tech working on my car didn’t want to put the wires back in the box so he just left them in the back. Normally this wouldn’t be a big deal but I spent $1,400 on new tires and had to complete this task while carrying a baby right in front of your dealership. Your cameras will probably show this all happening around 4:40pm on 9/5. No one came to help. Customer service was 10/10 but your tech missed the mark in putting my vehicle parts back in the appropriate place. More
Polite and attentive staff. Clean shop. Very good description of work needed. Kinda expensive (+20%) which makes me hesitate on further work there. Clean shop. Very good description of work needed. Kinda expensive (+20%) which makes me hesitate on further work there. More

POTENTIAL AUDI BUYERS AND CURRENT AUDI OWNERS LOOKING FOR SERVICE BEWARE! Stay away from Audi in Hoffman Estates, IL if you don’t want to be scammed. These dealerships give dealers a bad rep. I have rude voi SERVICE BEWARE! Stay away from Audi in Hoffman Estates, IL if you don’t want to be scammed. These dealerships give dealers a bad rep. I have rude voicemails and conversations recorded with the Service Manager -Andy and Service Advisor Ted I’ll post for reference. I have always dealt with dealerships- BMW, Acura, Lexus, Toyota and have never experienced this level of treatment. Hoffman is a privately owned Audi dealership I understand it is a business but they are sharks at this location- BE CAREFUL. If you’re not ready to buy a car from them or pay thousands when you go in for a service, they quickly get rude/pushy and don’t provide transparency upfront to blind you with “repairs” later. This is my wife’s car and she has been looking to upgrade to a new car. We own an Audi Q5 and noticed an error code related to the turbo on my car. I took it in to a local certified shop who quoted me an hour of labor and original Audi part $138 or OEM Replacement under $50. He said it was a simple job but was nice enough to recommend that I go to an Audi dealership instead to ensure OBD code is cleared properly and check if I have a warranty. He also mentioned the brakes and oil change were coming up. I researched online and noticed extended warranties attached and also paperwork in our car with warranties possibly associated. I called Audi and was told I had an extended Turbo Warranty with my VIN #. I called a few locations to check for appointments and all mentioned a complimentary loaner. I appreciated that perk as my wife needs the car for work. This location had an appointment with a loaner available sooner so I decided to go here BUT should’ve checked the reviews first. They seem to have a lot of fake reviews on google but in forums and Audi owner discussions, most “customers” are complaining about the same (I attached one similar example I go in and give them the exact error code to check for the warranty. The girl helping me stopped as soon as I mentioned warranty and called Ted over which should have been a RED FLAG. He decided to come by and take a look. I asked for the girl to show me on the screen and I saw that there was a line item for an extended warranty. Ted mentioned that we will have to look into that but you will have to leave your car in for repair. I shouldn’t have trusted them, but pushed to leave a card for the deposit of a loaner in case of any tickets. I complied with that, and they said they’ll have to start with a diagnosis and will let me know about whether the warranty covers or not. Long story short, they call me at end of next business day before close to call them back ASAP. I called when I saw my phone around 6pm and Ted may have left for the day. I call again the next morning, and he starts selling me on the services first thing after picking up the phone. He mentioned $800 to check/replace the sensor to determine if turbo is bad then replacement of a turbo (which I saw online people saying could cost thousands). The previous repair shop mentioned this issue was as easy as cleaning and replacing the MAP sensor. Ted also pushed for rear brakes which alone would cost $1700. Again, no mention of the warranty which he said he’d look into so I asked whether it’ll be covered and he said you don’t have a warranty. He then proceeded to get rude and said ARE YOU GOING TO REPAIR OR NOT AND I NEED THE LOANER BACK NOW OR WE ARE CHARGING YOU $250 & more. I called back- Andy (service manager) the following day said the same in a rude manner. I’ll have to pay or can’t get my car back.I was charged “diagnostics $220 which would’ve been fine if I actually received some value or wouldn’t have left my car if they told me UPFRONT your warranty just expired 3/31/23. I already came in with this “diagnosis” and autozone scanned for free also. I was surprised how rude and deceiving they are at Audi Hoffman Estates IL. More

I was very surprised with how inexpensive my repairs were. I was expecting a much higher bill. Was very thankful for how the team went over and above checking the tire pressure and fluids in the car. were. I was expecting a much higher bill. Everything was awesome! Carlo was very friendly, polite and professional. If I have an opportunity, I would purchase the car from him again. Carlo was very friendly, polite and professional. If I have an opportunity, I would purchase the car from him again. More
