I want to apologize for your experience here at our dealership. I did look into your case, and I am hopeful that the parking sensor is now working correctly. I did see three visits over the course of the last year, and it looks like we did end up replacing one of your sensors. To address your concerns of the lack of a loaner vehicle being offered, our loaner fleet is a bit smaller than normal because of the lack of vehicles available to put into the loaner fleet right now. We do have loaners available, but they do tend to book out several weeks. Again, I apologize and hope things are good now.
