I had serious problem on a Saturday. Brought my car in for service, very busy at the time I came in. Ted from service went out of his way to quickly evaluate my problem. Needing to leave my car for service he found me a loaner. The problem took a week to fix. Ted kept me posted. When I received the car it still had a minor issue that showed up a day or two later. Bringing the car back my thoughts were —this is going to be bad. How wrong I was. Ted gave me and my car personal service. Again giving me a loaner, updating me and making absolutely sure my car was fixed. The attitude was let’s make this right. No excuses. More

I took my vehicle in to have diagnostics performed on the radio because it was not working. $221 later I was told the radio is not working and the components are not communicating to wash other. Yes. A radio because it was not working. $221 later I was told the radio is not working and the components are not communicating to wash other. Yes. Agree. That is why I brought it in. Then was told to figure out what’s wrong and reassemble it would be $1.200.. But total cost is not known because they don’t know what’s wrong with it. So why did I have to pay $221????? More
