Ease of car buying I had shopped several locations, not only Audi but other brands. I like to keep my money local so I was leaning toward this way. Audi of Lakeland did I had shopped several locations, not only Audi but other brands. I like to keep my money local so I was leaning toward this way. Audi of Lakeland didn't dissapoint. No pushy sales people. Just honest up front transparent staff that were knowledgeable on their cars. I used Mario specifically. He's not aggressive but definitely follows up and made the car buying experience easy..zero stress or pressure. I would definitely recommend Mario and this dealership to anyone looking at an Audi. This is my first and am loving it thus far. More

Finally a straight forward dealership!!! Called into Audi Lakeland for a Mercedes C300 that was on their lot and is now in my driveway. Got lucky enough to have my call taken by Paul, the sal Called into Audi Lakeland for a Mercedes C300 that was on their lot and is now in my driveway. Got lucky enough to have my call taken by Paul, the sales manager. He was straight forward and made sense of what worked for them when it came to a fair deal for everyone involved. We came to a deal over the phone and he assisted in making the process swift and efficient. Once arrived, I worked with Kayla and she had everything printed out and ready to go. Car was in good condition, they even allowed me to look at all the work that was done when they traded for the car. Overall phenomenal experience! More

Fair Deal but GREAT experience Came in and purchased a brand new 2018 Q3 and had the pleasure of working with Mario. He was very pleasant in the way he treated me and my wife, took time to show me everything in the car before we even got to the price part of the transaction. That really stood out to me as most dealerships ask you if you want the car or not before taking time out of their day to be so thorough in breaking down the car. Once back inside this beautiful dealership, we were introduced to Paul the Sales Manager. He worked up a quote that was fair and we moved forward. Honestly, the deal itself(price) was fair but not the greatest and we all knew that. The experience was what pushed me to purchase the car. I would much rather pay a fair price then deal with the back and forth banter that gives me anxiety when buying a car. Extremely impressed!!! Thanks Mario, Paul and Audi Lakeland! More
