Site unseen transaction can be risky and difficult for both sides. Marlon gave me a good sense of the condition of the vehicle, and he was clear about reconditioning that the dealership was investing in the Q8 too. Additionally we compared lists of comparable vehicles and agreed to a fair price for all parties. He then went above and beyond after the sale.
