The work was performed as planned but took nearly 3 days to change a tire. On top of that, I was disappointed they didn't wash the car and it was quite dirty after a few days in the dealership. I called on Friday afternoon asking if my car was ready as I didn't get any update, and I have been told to come pick it up Saturday morning because they had to wash it.
