Overall Great Experience This is the second vehicle we have acquired from Audi Meadowlands. First one was a lease and this second one was a used purchase. Everyone we personally dealt with from Stan to Alex to Christine were all just fantastic!! The salesman Stan was top notch and answered all of my questions and concerns. He followed up with me pretty much through the entire process within minutes of contacting him whether it be with a question I had and allayed any concerns I may have had with my purchase. I can't say enough good things about Stan but will say he is definitely an asset to your organization. Since this was a used vehicle purchase there were some minor concerns that I had but they were quickly and easily dealt with to my satisfaction by Stan and the Service Manager Alex. Ms. Christine Pham handled any and all of my trepidations with the actual financing of the vehicle and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease with my purchase. As for Mr Edwin Mercedes, the General Manager, although I did not personally meet with him I was contacted via email to ensure that there were no outstanding issues with the vehicle that needed to be addressed and that the entire experience was to my satisfaction which it was. The level of service I have enjoyed at Audi Meadowlands is pretty much unparalleled and that is why I do intend on revisiting it in the future. Even when I bought my first vehicle in on occasion for scheduled service it was completely stress and hassle free dealing with the employees I have dealt with at this dealership. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or lease an Audi. More
