We arrived from London England so we were use to European luxury cars and service that match... we were not disappointed. Ali introduced himself to us when we entered, he certainly wasn't pushy at all but was more about understanding what we thought we needed, giving plenty of time to consider options and think of questions. He listened and no question was off limits he bounced out good ideas to find what we needed and earned our trust in his experience. We did not intend to buy a vehicle at that stage but we ended up with the perfect one for us! This would not have been possible if Ali hadn't taken the time to get to know us and his product knowledge so great. We would absolutely recommend Audi (and Ali) as a place to do business, I am a sceptical individual but Ali and Audi Naples have won my trust! We have absolutely no regrets about getting the vehicle and now we know where we are going to get our next one from!!! More
