Relaxed pace, no pushy sales tactics, but very knowledgeable about the cars. I'm used to knowing more than the sales people, but Jamie is a real car guy, and really loves Audis. Michael and staff at Audi Naples are some of the best I have ever dealt with in the auto sales industry. I was an out of state buyer asking about a car that was out of my budget. Micheal continued to work have ever dealt with in the auto sales industry. I was an out of state buyer asking about a car that was out of my budget. Micheal continued to work with me until I was within my price range and was confident enough about the car to get on an airplane and fly to Florida. They picked me up at the Ft Meyers airport, and took very good care of me while going through the complex process of buying a car. I have nothing but good things to say about Michael, Jeff and the rest of the staff at Audi Naples, my only regret being I live too far to bring my car to them for service work in the future. The sales personnel service at this dealership is excellent! They are definitely there to sell a car with lots of work and perseverance! He is young, energetic, knows his products and will learn on the job the things he does not know as far as maturity in salesmanship. He is a real asset to your dealership as far as we are concerned! The financial salesperson, John Joseph was knowledgable and nice, but his presentation on the "after the sale information" needs some adjusting. His information was too overwhelming at the time of the purchase. We are arranging for payment for the car and he is trying to sell us all optional packages to include in our payment. And there were too many! Would not recommend that part to anyone, some of the options should be included in the cost of the car. I would have preferred one price all inclusive! Having to make decisions on --do you wanted tinted windos, do you want insurance on the paint, do you want this or that???? Too much! Overall, dealership was a pleasant experience for us. Of course it's the creme of the crop inventory, sales personnel reflect that! More
