Joe is AWESOME! I had been with another luxury German automaker for the past 10 years & 3 vehicles and while overall pretty satisfied, I wanted something different. Walked in to Audi Rockville when I saw they had a vehicle I wanted, and was lucky to get Joe as my sales rep. He was extremely helpful, professional, easy going and just a pleasure to work with.
