I’ve waited a while to give the dealership a chance to resolve our issues for the CPO A4 we bought from them (had undisclosed front end damage that they knew about before we picked up the car). Not only resolve our issues for the CPO A4 we bought from them (had undisclosed front end damage that they knew about before we picked up the car). Not only did they not return emails and phone calls, I ended up taking the car to another Audi dealership who has taken it upon themselves to solve the problem! The fact that the service team knew about the front end damage (the AC wasn’t working when we did the test drive, but bought it on the condition they’d fix it) but hurried my wife and son out of the dealership after we picked it up showed that they don’t have the integrity to call out the issue and ensure that we were aware that there was damage that would turn out to cause repeated issues with the AC. While my case is unique and likely not a common problem, the fact that not ONE person would be accountable to help solve the problem tells you about the culture of the dealership. No one wanted to put us first, the car was sold and they were done with us. I won’t buy another car from them ever, if you do, I hope you choose to do a pre purchase inspection because if you don’t find the issue before you by it, it’s unlikely you’ll ever hear back from them if you want it fixed or addressed.
