I came in for a voluntary software update and they managed to get me in WITHIN an hour of when I called whereas the other dealerships closer to me wanted me to schedule appointments for other days further out. During the software updates, the vehicle decided to misbehave but the Technician, I believe his name is Ricardo, persistently tried every trick in the book until it finally worked after 3 days. I appreciate his persistence. I also really appreciate the Service Advisor, Dimitra, who kept me updated every single day at multiple times in the day through their Audi text message software. I also appreciate how she accurately relayed my concerns to the tech Ricardo who also took them into consideration despite also working with Audi Techline who were helping him as Dimitra told me. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service as I know other Audi dealerships are NOT as communicate and ESPECIALLY PROMPT with updating customers at every stage of fixing an issue in my experience over the past 5 years of owning this car. I will definitely be coming back here for all my further services. Thank you again guys. More
