The recent valet service was great as was Service correcting the problem with the two recalls Though, I bought my Q5 with 12,000 miles on it The brakes always made a slight scraping noise. It wasn’t from it sitting/ non-use. I should have spoken up and had new brakes put on it after soon after getting it from your dealership. I feel badly about that. It’s an expensive car and the second vehicle I got from Audi Wyoming Valley More
Funny thing is that I was attempting to purchase a vehicle from your dealership and had to go to another dealership to complete my transaction. Wyoming Valley Audi will never receive my business again vehicle from your dealership and had to go to another dealership to complete my transaction. Wyoming Valley Audi will never receive my business again. No more than two weeks later I worked with a salesperson named Bridget to get a deal worked out for a trade on an 2017 Audi Q7 and the purchase of a 2023 Audi Q8. The dealership didn’t have the Q8 with the featured that I needed, so they found one at a nearby dealership and made a dealer trade. The day before I was scheduled to pick up my new vehicle, we began to do finances (remotely) and I was not longer doing a trade and mentioned that I qualified for an Audi friends and family discount. The communication with the sales agent stopped, and I immediately got a call from the sales manager Charlie McFadden- sales manager Wyoming valley Audi. Charlie aggressively stated that he will not be honoring my discount and would like to know where I got the discount letter from, because I should have have one. I mentioned that I had a friend/family that works for Audi corporate and I qualify for the discount. He again, aggressively stated that the deal was done and that he already quoted me numbers and was not willing to sell the vehicle with the discount, because he wouldn’t be making money. He said he stood to lose 3000 on the deal and that it wasn’t worth it for him. I mentioned that he would be losing more than that because as a customer I spent more than 3000 on service alone in that dealership in 2022. So hearing this news and having already grown attached to the vehicle that I was purchasing I asked if he was willing to tell me where the vehicle was, so that I could contact that dealer and get the vehicle from them. He refused and said “since you’re not buying from me, why should I help you?” After trying to deescalate the situation and 3 phone calls later, Charlie stated he would tell me where the vehicle was only if I told him the name of the individual who gave me the discount letter. I complied and he reluctantly complied. He then call Audi corporate to search for the person who gave me the code. Lucky for him he was unsuccessful. I called Audi corporate and filed a formal complaint and I also contacted the dealership to make a formal complaint. I drove two hours and I was able to get my vehicle the next day, but I will never return to Wyoming Valley Audi, and I will never give them a penny more of my business. Well maybe I will stop by to show Charlie my new car. I think Charlie was upset that I didn’t let him take advantage of my by basically giving him my vehicle in a trade, when I took the trade off the table. Then I had a discount on top of that. Charlie is just not a good person when it comes to dealing with people and customer service. I recommend driving 2 hours and Scott Mayo at Audi Warrington. You will get better service and have an overall better experience. The sales manager Steve Geissler was instrumental in getting the vehicle released from Wyoming Valley Audi and getting to ready to be some the very next day. When I called Audi Warrington and spoke to Steve, and explained the situation. He said “I’ll honor it, I’m sorry you had to deal with this situation but please give me the opportunity to earn your business!” And he got it! More
