Everyone understood my predicament with a deer hitting me and not wanting to drive my car. They gave me a loaner until the car I wanted came in. Showed me new touchscreen. Great service but much too cold in the waiting area tho. It's too close to the doors without constant heat in vehicle pull in bay. Invest in air curtains above doors. Will be returning.
