The experience doesn’t matter, it’s all about the character of the person you’re working with & Tyas is a genuinely amazing human being and there’s no doubt in my mind that he belongs in this career path. 20 years old or 40 years old- It could have been his first day working there, and he STILL would have sold me on my car. He pays attention to detail, he’s funny, and he has a contagious smile!
