Rob was easy to get along with, helpful and patient while I test drove several cars. Once I decided on a car Rob got the paperwork completed quickly, made sure everything was in order with the car, handed me the keys and I was gone! He even offered to follow me to the gas station to fill up the tank. No high pressure and I was not shuffled around to several different people; Rob handled everything from start to finish. I have bought many cars over the years from different car dealers in Wilmington and this was by far the best experience. I never once felt like I was getting any double talk and the price of the car was clearly marked. I test drove 3 cars and set in 3 others (didn't care for them enough to test drive) and found all to be in excellent condition with very low mileage. I know the car I bought was not new but a 2016 Nissan with only 3400 miles was close enough to new for me especially considering the savings! More
