Andres was wonderful in sales. He did exactly what we asked him to do and then went above and beyond in the end. He actually saved the sale for this company. He is a lair and doesn’t care what situation he is putting the customer in with his lies. He also in my opinion socializes way to much with the other employees while he should be paying attention to what is going on at the dealership and do his job. He didn’t even know that a car we picked out had existed there. We also gave him a monthly payment that we needed to stick to being that this was a replacement car. The 1st car we picked out was too high and there wasn’t enough room to negotiate. He gave us a Priceline to stick to to make our payments where we wanted them to be and showed us some cars on the computer. Also showed one a bit higher but said he’d make it work and sent us back out to look. We looked at all the other cars and didn’t find anything close to what we wanted. We were going to leave when I remembered a truck that Andres had showed us in the beginning that was the same price of the one he said he could make a deal on. So I asked if this was possible, everyone agreed that it should be so I went inside to talk to Edger while my husband went on the test drive. I had to interrupted his conversation with another employee to explain what was happening but he seemed good with everything. Then we went back into the finance office and everything changed. Payments shot up and couldn’t come down. He said no deal could be worked out in this truck only the one he said before…so apparently while I was talking to him he wasn’t paying attention at all. I told him he was a liar and he wasted my day. He didn’t seem to care so I left. I’m my opinion Edger shouldn’t be in the position he is in in that company. The next day Andres called us back and apologized, he made every attempt to get us in that truck and he did. We still weren’t at the payment we needed to be at but because Andres did his job and went above and beyond for us we bought it anyway. He even cleaned it himself and filled it up. We appreciate that. Maybe he should have Edgers job because that’s how your supposed to treat a customer not like 💩. More
